Our expertise allows us to manage an array of environmental services – from emergency response to compliance to full-scale remediation programs – in the manner most cost-effective for each of our clients’ unique circumstances.

Our services encompass a comprehensive range of environmental regulatory requirements and practices including:

• Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services: Covers all phases of both UST and leaking UST management – and backed by the experience of having completed thousands of projects nationwide and approximately 30% of the UST environmental services in the State of Iowa.
• Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment: Protects the financial interests of potential buyers, lenders or current owners by determining the environmental liability of real property using reporting methods that are fully compliant with the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) standards
• Landfill Compliance Services: Handles the tasks of collecting and analyzing groundwater and gas emission samples along with the necessary reporting to state agencies.
• Risk Based (RBCA) Assessments: Saves money and time by often allowing closure of certain contaminated sites with levels of contaminants based on site-specific information as opposed to generic cleanup objectives typically imposed on property owners.
• Corrective Action and Design Reports (CADR): Creates the optimum plan to clean up contaminated property, including a review of all available assessment information, selection of an appropriate method of cleanup, pilot testing of the technology and incorporation of the data into a statement of effectiveness.
• Remediation/Cleanup System Services: Offers a full-range range of professionally detailed remediation services, including system conceptual design, engineering, building, installation, operation, maintenance and closure – or simply the providing of equipment should a client choose to build their own system.
• Brownfields Consulting / Abandoned Property Reclamation: Applies our comprehensive knowledge of the Brownfield Initiative to assist industrial clients in the reclamation of abandoned industrial properties while minimizing costs and environmental cleanup liability.
