How long you have been with Seneca and overall industry experience and/or experience in discipline?
I was fortunate enough to grow up around the industry watching my father build the foundation of our company. I officially joined Seneca as an employee in 2006.
Favorite thing about Seneca – what makes you come to work each day?
Simply put, the people. Seneca is not a job for me because I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with. They are more than colleagues, they are friends. It feels more like an entrepreneurial start up than the large company it is. We get to have the benefit of an established company, but the fun of a startup.
What can we find you doing outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. We love doing just about anything outdoors, but especially skiing, camping and biking.
