Seneca was founded in Des Moines, Iowa in 1972. Since then we have expanded outside of the state to better serve all of our customers, but our headquarters and two other physical offices remain in the State of Iowa. The Davenport office was opened in 1983, and the Des Moines Waste Solutions office opened in 2003.
