Seneca has a strong belief in giving back to the communities and organizations where our employees live and work.
Seneca Companies supports many of our customers’ charities throughout the year. It is also encouraged that employees of Seneca find their way to give back within their communities. As a way to support that, Seneca started the Seneca Cares program. This program will match each employees’ personal contributions up to $500 per employee per calendar year to a charity or charities of choice.
Highlights of Organizations We Support:
ChildServe - For the past few years, this has been our annual Holiday party charity fundraiser. We take a Friday in December and play BINGO for prizes donated by Seneca. All money raised through the purchase of BINGO cards is donated directly to ChildServe. Freedom For Youth / Freedom Construction Services - In 2021, we began partnering with this incredible organization to help provide on the job training and skillset development for high school students and young adults in various building and construction trades. The outcome is for these young adults to graduate the program with the skills necessary to gain employment in the construction trades - with a few joining the Seneca team.
